For some time now Mollusk Brewing has served Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood as a brewery and pub. Today we share news of a relaunch of sorts. The beers and brewery carry on, but the pub side of the business has undergone some big changes. Dexter Brewhouse will serve pub food along with beers brewed by Cody Morris at Mollusk Brewing. Dexter Brewhouse Relaunch Focused on Local & Craft

Seattle, WA – Residents and friends of the South Lake Union neighborhood should prepare themselves for a new flavor in town. Cody Cluff has announced the relaunch of his newest restaurant called Dexter Brewhouse on Monday, November 27th, located at 803 Dexter Avenue N.

Dexter Brewhouse is a brew pub restaurant that serves pub food made in-house along with 16 fresh and unique beers from Mollusk Brewing. Executive Chef Jon Langley who made a name for himself over the past 8 years with Heavy Restaurant Group, joined Dexter Brewhouse to create an inspiring and fresh take on brew pub food. The restaurant offers a full weekday lunch, happy hour specials, dinner and weekend brunch. The ingredients are fresh and sourced locally just like the hops for the beer. Some of Chef Langley’s specialties include crispy chicken wings with spicy smoked honey glaze, the Anderson Ranch Lamb Burger with smoked tomato aioli, and the classic vodka battered Fish n’ Chips. His previous brunch success will make Dexter Brewhouse a must visit on the weekends as you will be wowed with signature dishes like the Fried Chicken and Waffles or the Inside-out Cinnamon Roll Monte Cristo. “Our honestly crafted food is made to pair with our creatively crafted beer,” says owner, Cody Cluff.

Head Brewmaster Cody Morris will continue to lead the production of Mollusk Brewing and his vast styles of beer. His brewing philosophy described as "Beer can be art, where the artist challenges expectations and conventions or it can be a craft, where the craftsperson hones expectations and perfects conventions. It can be either/or, and that is a beautiful thing."

Led by Restaurant General Manager Lawrence Barnes, Dexter Brewhouse has a warm and modern feel that includes multiple flatscreen TVs throughout the space showing local and national sporting events. The space can accommodate groups as large as 140 and semi-private seating for 20 - 40. Always great to have a group brewery tour as well!
