Airways Brewing Introduces Two New Beers

- By Kendall Jones, Washington Beer Blog -

Airways Brewing recently added some new stainless steel (new fermentation tank) and has therefore increased their brewing capacity. For you, that means more beer. The company announced today the introduction of two new brews. Here’s the announcement.

Thanks to our new tank and additional brewing capacity, we’ve been busy brewing up some new recipes. At both Airways locations, you can now try out two limited release beers: our Cascade SMaSH Pale, and Rye Pale Ale!
Cascade SMaSH Pale

A single malt and single hop (SMaSH) pale ale brewed with Vienna malt for richness, and Cascade hops for a strong citrus backbone. Full of hop flavor and aroma.

ABV: 5.5%

IBU: 40

Malt: Vienna

Hops: Cascade

Rye Pale Ale

Flaked Rye adds a touch of spiciness to this Northwest style Pale Ale. Palisade hops lend flavors and aromas of sweet nectar fruits, and hints of citrus.

ABV: 5.6%

IBU: 37

Malt: Pale, Rye, Crystal

Hops: Magnum, Palisade
