Volunteer at the 2010 Washington Brewers Festival
and be a part of the team!
Volunteers are needed in various areas throughout the weekend. Volunteers
will receive complimentary admission to the Festival which includes a tasting
cup and six beer tastes AFTER the completion of the shift. (Please note- if you
volunteer for the last shift of the day you’ll have to use your complimentary
admission the day before or after your scheduled shift since drinking during
or before the shift is prohibited). You must be 21 or older to volunteer.
All volunteers will receive a “Beer Authority” volunteer t-shirt
courtesy of our Volunteer Sponsor, The Beer Authority. The Beer Authority is
a bottle shop on Lake City Way with 500 labels of beer from around the world,
craft beer on draft (and growlers to go), kegs to go and a small selection of
wines and ciders. In addition to the volunteer t-shirt The Beer Authority is
throwing a Volunteer Appreciation Day on Saturday, 6/26 at the shop. There will
be one dedicated tap for the Washington Brewers Fest volunteers all day!
Please fill out the application form below. Once your application is processed
you will receive an email confirmation. All first-time volunteers are asked to
attend a volunteer orientation on Monday, June 14, 6pm at the Magnuson Park to
become familiar with the Festival policies. But if you cannot make it, don’t worry. We’ll
provide a brief orientation upon check-in before your shift begins.
