Lantern Brewing Tasting Room Now Open

- by Kendall Jones, Washington Beer Blog -

Lantern Brewing is not exactly new. The brewery started brewing beer back in 2011, focusing primarily on “Unhurried, honest beer following the brewing traditions of Belgium and Northern France.” This north Seattle brewery carved out a neat little place for itself and primarily sold its beer at the local farmers market–Phinney Farmers Market, held on Fridays.

They began operations as a nano-brewery, but about a year ago, a new and larger brewhouse showed up and they prepared to grow to the next level. On May 1, at long last, the tasting room opened to the public. Congratulations to Lantern Brewing!
