Local Burgers & Brews in Bellevue

- by Kendall Jones, Washington Beer Blog -

A new burger joint just opened on Main Street in downtown Bellevue. Local Burger is brought to you by the same people who operate the beloved Local 360 in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, so you know the food will be outstanding. That’s good news for Bellevue, but this is not a burger blog. What’s newsworthy in our minds is the fact that Local Burger has 24 beers on tap to help you wash down those delicious burgers. As the name suggests, the focus is on local beer.

Knowing what I do about Local 360 and its commitment to local farmers, artisans, and beers, I assume the tap selection at Local Burger also focuses on local, regional brews. However, I don’t want to speculate. That’s bad journalism. I’ll go check out Local Burger and share more details. Keep an eye out for a followup post.

In their own words: “At Local Burger, much like our sister restaurant Local 360, we are committed to providing quality food and beverages from local farmers and artisans that care about their product. We’ve got terrific burgers, salads and sides all made with love, in-house, from locally-sourced ingredients.”
