Postdoc Brewing releasing a new double IPA

- by Kendall Jones, Washington Beer Blog -This Thursday, June 16th, join Postdoc Brewing for the release of its newest creation, Dissertation Double IPA. The beer will be tapped at 4:00. Dissertation is a double-dry-hopped Double IPA with an intense amount of Galaxy, Mosiac, Citra, and Simcoe.
The beer will only be available at the Postdoc taproom in Redmond (very near the east entrance to Marymoor Park) and at a small number of select accounts. Also, if you're lucky, you might see it at the Washington Brewers Festival this weekend.
The beer pours a vibrant gold with generous aromas of juicy passionfruit, ripe mango, earthy pine, and bright citrus. Although Dissertation is quite strong and showcases an enormous amount of hop character, it remains smooth and drinkable with a clean finish and pleasant bitterness. 9% ABV 88 IBU
