Pyramid Breweries Releasing 10 New Beers at the Seattle Alehouse

- by Kendall Jones, Washington Beer Blog -

We’ve told you that Pyramid Breweries is once again making good beer and doing some interesting, creative things at the resurrected brewhouse in Seattle. (To read about it, click here). We weren’t kidding. Today I want to share information about a beer-fueled fundraiser on Wednesday, March 6 at the Pyramid Alehouse in Seattle. Kim Brusco, brewmaster at the Seattle brewery, invites you to join him for a multi-beer release party.

Pyramid is releasing ten new beers. For the cost of admission, guests receive unlimited samples of all ten beers. Among the new brews are an Irish Red Ale, a Dark IPA, a Single Hop Imperial IPA, a Honey Bock, and even a Berliner Weisse (Mrs. Beerblog’s favorite). I’m not sure if all ten of the new brews are products of the Seattle brewery, but I can definitely recognize that Kim Brusco’s fingerprints are all over at least most of the beers. The complete beer list and other details are below.

Proceeds from the event benefit the local chapter of the American Heart Association. The cost of the event is just $20 and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the cause.

Kim Brusco talks to the crowd at a Barleywine Dinner last May.
