Stoup Brewing
Brad Benson, Lara Zahaba, and Robyn Schumacher teamed up to bring a dream to life: Stoup Brewing. Brad is a chemist turn brewer. He holds a degree in chemistry, and describes himself as a chemist, but has brewed both recreationally and professionally. Lara is a veteran of the wine industry who finally decided to abandon the dark side. Robyn is a former teacher turned cicerone (beer sommelier). Since October of 2013, the three have turned their full attention to operating the brewery and tasting room in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood.
