The Brewer Shuffle - Changes at Elliott Bay Brewing

Bill Jenkins has accepted a position with the RAM Restaurant & Brewery at the company’s Northgate location. Until last Friday, Bill was the brewer at Elliott Bay Brewing Company’s Lake City brewpub, though many people still recognize him as the longtime brewer at Big Time Brewery and Alehouse in the University District. He has been brewing at Elliott Bay’s Lake City location since it opened in March 2012.
Dan Ashley replaces Bill as the brewer at Lake City. Since 2008, Dan has worked as the brewery at Elliott Bay’s West Seattle brewpub.
And finally, the brewer in West Seattle is now James Goodman, who moves from a position with Elysian Brewing to join the Elliott Bay crew.
