Wild Earth Brewing
Located about an hour east of Seattle, the tiny town of Roslyn, Washington is now home to Wild Earth Brewing, which opened in March of 2014. The brewery is the brainchild of David Kilgour, the owner/brewer at Wild Earth Brewing. David is not new to the brewery business, having worked in production breweries both large and small around the country.
The brewery focuses primarily on Belgian-style beers. The tasting room pours the brewery’s three core beers (Tamarack Belgian-Style Pale Ale, Noble Fir India Pale Ale, and Ponderosa Belgian Red Ale) plus at least one special release beer, as well as a guest tap. They sell growlers and bottles to go. You might even find the bottled or draft beer at other locations in the area.
Wild Earth Brewing describes itself as “One of Washington’s new artisanal breweries, Wild Earth Brewing handcrafts its products in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Brewed in small batches for our onsite taproom and limited distribution of kegs and bottles around the area. We aim to continually challenge ourselves through unique production methods and ingredients to bring our customers the best beer possible. Stop by our taproom for the latest bottle offerings, growler fills, or to enjoy a fresh pint of our latest batch.”
